Description
This classic pizza with cottage cheese crust is a wholesome, protein-packed alternative to traditional dough. Easy, cheesy, and perfect for pizza night.
Ingredients
1 cup full-fat cottage cheese
1 large egg
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp sea salt
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
2. Blend cottage cheese until smooth.
3. In a bowl, combine cottage cheese, egg, flour, baking powder, garlic powder, and salt.
4. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Spread mixture into a 10” circle.
5. Bake for 20 minutes or until golden and firm.
6. Add desired toppings and bake for 8–10 more minutes until bubbly.
Notes
Let cool slightly before slicing to firm up.
Pairs well with tomato sauce, mozzarella, and fresh basil.
Great for kids and customizable with any toppings.
Store leftovers refrigerated for 3 days.
