Description
This easy cottage cheese gluten free pizza crust is ready in under 30 minutes. High in protein, low in carbs, and perfect for meal prep or family dinners.
Ingredients
1 cup cottage cheese (strained if too wet)
1 egg
¾ cup almond flour
1 tbsp flaxseed meal
½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp onion powder
½ tsp dried oregano
¼ tsp salt
¼ tsp black pepper
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 400°F and line a tray with parchment.
2. Mix all ingredients in a bowl or food processor until smooth.
3. Spread into a 10-inch round on the tray.
4. Bake for 18–20 minutes until golden and set.
5. Cool for 5 minutes, then add toppings and rebake if desired.
Notes
For crispier crust, strain the cottage cheese first.
Use silicone mat for easier cleanup.
Prebake crusts and freeze for later use.
