Ingredients
1 soft whole wheat tortilla
2 slices of deli turkey
1 slice mild cheddar cheese
1 tsp cream cheese
½ cup cooked sweet corn
¼ cup diced red bell pepper
1 tsp olive oil
Salt to taste
Instructions
1. Spread cream cheese evenly on the tortilla.
2. Lay turkey and cheese slices over it.
3. Roll tightly and slice into 1-inch pinwheels.
4. In a bowl, mix sweet corn, bell pepper, olive oil, and a pinch of salt.
5. Pack pinwheels and corn medley in separate compartments.
Notes
