About

Hi there, I’m Marissa Cole a 33-year-old mom, lifelong food lover, and former assistant nutrition coach who believes that healthy food should never feel like punishment.

My journey into the world of food and wellness wasn’t a straight line—it was more like a winding kitchen trail filled with baby bottles, science-backed meal plans, and a lot of trial and error. I spent two amazing years working at Baystate Health, followed by four deeply meaningful ones at NYU Langone Health, where I had the chance to support hundreds of people on their path to better health. But the biggest shift didn’t come from a hospital corridor—it came from my own home, while balancing a toddler on one hip and a skillet in the other.

You see, somewhere between work meetings and playdates, I realized how much pressure we put on ourselves to “eat perfectly.” I saw it in my clients, my friends, and in my own reflection. The stress, the guilt, the constant start-overs. That’s when I knew I needed to do something different—not just for others, but for myself too.

So I started creating recipes that actually fit into real life. Meals that are quick, colorful, full of flavor—and yes, good for you, but not in a boring, boiled-chicken kind of way. My kitchen became a place of balance instead of restriction. That’s when I found my voice—not as a nutrition coach, but as a guide who could help others build a lifestyle they don’t need a break from.

I believe food should nourish your body and your soul. I’m not here to hand out food rules or shame anyone for loving carbs (trust me, I love them too). I’m here to show you that healthy doesn’t have to mean hard, and that your version of “healthy” doesn’t need to look like anyone else’s.

Whether you’re a fellow mom trying to get dinner on the table before bath time, or someone just looking to feel better in your body without ditching the joy of food—welcome. You’re in the right place.

Let’s ditch the diets, skip the overwhelm, and start making meals that love us back.
